வருடாந்த புகைப்பட நாள்: 09-08-2025

வருடாந்த கலைவிழா மலருக்கான புகைப்படங்கள் 09-08-2025 அன்று MRPS வளாகத்தில், பாடசாலை நேரத்தில் எடுக்கப்படும்.

HSC (ஆண்டு 10, 11 மற்றும் 12) மாணவர்களுக்கான விசேட ஒழுங்குகள்
- ஆண்டு 10, 11 மற்றும் 12 (HSC) மாணவர்கள் அனைவரும் பி.ப 1:00 மணிக்கு MRPS வளாகத்தில் ஒன்று கூடும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
- புகைப்படம் எடுத்த பின்னர் இவர்கள் எமது பாடசாலை பேருந்து மூலம் PHHS வளாகத்திற்கு மாற்றப்படுவார்கள்
- பாடசாலை முடியும் நேரத்தில்(பி.ப 5:30) அல்லது அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்தில் HSC மாணவர்களை PHHS வளாகத்தில் வந்து அழைத்துச் செல்லவும்

மற்றைய அனைத்து வகுப்புக்களும் வழமையான இடத்தில் நடைபெறும்.

PHHS வளாகத்தில் உள்ள மாணவர்கள் MRPS வளாகத்திற்கு வந்து புகைப்படம் எடுத்து செல்வதற்கான போக்குவரத்து ஒழுங்குகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.

பெற்றோர்கள், வழமையாக பாடசாலை ஆரம்பிக்கும் நேரத்தில், பிள்ளைகள் வகுப்பில் சமூகம் அளிப்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்தவும். தாமதமாக வரும் மாணவர்கள் புகைப்படத்தில் இடம்பெறமுடியாமல் போகலாம்.

மாணவர்கள் தமிழ்க் கலாசார உடையில் வருதல் வேண்டும். மாதிரிப் புகைப்படம் கீழே இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பெற்றோர்கள் படப்பிடிப்பு இடத்தில் மாணவர்களைப் புகைப்படம் எடுப்பதற்கு அனுமதிக்கப்படமாட்டார்கள்.

700 க்கு மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்களதும் 150 தொண்டர்களதும் (ஆசிரியர்கள், நிர்வாகத்தினர் மற்றும் உபகுழுக்கள் ) படங்கள் எடுக்கப்படவுள்ளதால் அனைவரதும் ஒத்துழைப்பு மிகவும் முக்கியமானது.
ஆட்சேபனைகள்
- போக்குவரத்து ஒழுங்கு: பெற்றோர்களுக்கு, இப் போக்குவரத்து சம்பந்தமாக ஏதாவது ஆட்சேபனை இருப்பின், 08-08-2025 திகதிக்கு முன்னராக info@wtsc.org.au என்கிற மின்னஞ்சலூடாக தொடர்பு கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
- புகைப்பட மற்றும் வீடியோ அனுமதி: வருடாந்த புகைப்படம் எடுப்பதிலோ, கலைவிழா மற்றும் பாடசாலை நிகழ்வுகளில் புகைப்படம் மற்றும் வீடியோ எடுப்பதிலோ ஆட்சேபனை இருப்பின் 08-08-2025 திகதிக்கு முன்னராக info@wtsc.org.au என்கிற மின்னஞ்சலூடாக தொடர்பு கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.

Annual Photo Day: 09-08-2025

Photo shoots for Kalai Vizha magazine will take place on 09-08-2025 at MRPS campus during school hours.

Special Arrangements for HSC (Year 10, 11 and 12) Students
- We request all Year 10, 11 and 12 (HSC) students to assemble at MRPS campus at 1:00 PM.
- After the photoshoot, they will be transferred to PHHS campus by our school bus
- Please pick up ear 10, 11 and 12 (HSC) students at PHHS campus at the end of school (5:30 PM) or at the announced time

All other classes will operate as per usual location and schedule.

Transportation has been arranged by WTSC for students at PHHS campus to travel to MRPS campus for the photo shoot.

Parents are requested to ensure students arrive to class promptly at the usual starting time. Those students arriving late to class may miss the photo opportunity.

Students are kindly requested to wear Tamil cultural attire for the photo shoot. Sample attire photos have been attached below.

Please note that parents are not allowed to take photograph of students during the photo shoot.

More than 700 students and 150 volunteers (teachers, committee and subcommittee members) are expected to be photographed. Your support is vital for the success of this photo shoot.
Objections
- Transportation Arrangements: Parents are requested to contact info@wtsc.org.au with any objections regarding this transportation arrangement by 08-08-2025.
- Photo and Video Permission: If you have any objections to the annual photo shoot or to the taking of photos and videos of your child at Kalaiviza and school events, please contact info@wtsc.org.au by by 08-08-2025.
