School opening | Week 1  | பாடசாலை  ஆரம்பம்  | வாரம் 1 

Both campuses (MRPS and PHHS) will reopen as usual on Saturday, 31st January. We kindly inform you that for the 2026 academic year, teaching activities at the Wentworthville Tamil Study Centre will commence before the government schools start.

Please proceed to your existing campus locations, except for children transitioning from Year 4  to Year 5 or Year 6 (Year 5 and 6 will be held at the Pendle Hill campus). A separate note with instructions for these students has been sent out.

You can now find out your child’s new class for 2026 on the uEducateUs app. For class room number please refer to the table at the bottom.

இரண்டு வளாகங்களும் சனவரி மாதம் 31ம்  திகதி அன்று வழக்கம் போல் மீண்டும் திறக்கப்படும். 2026 ஆம் கல்வி ஆண்டிற்காக, அரச பாடசாலைகள் திறப்பதற்கு முன்னதாகவே வென்ற்வேத்வில் தமிழ்க் கல்வி நிலையம் செயல்படத் தொடங்கும் என்பதை அன்புடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

4 ஆம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து 5  அல்லது 6 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கு மாறுகின்ற மாணவர்களைத்  தவிர(5,6 ஆம் வகுப்புகள் பென்டில்கில் வளாகத்தில் நடைபெறும்), மற்றைய அனைவரும் உங்கள் வழமையான வளாகங்களுக்கு  செல்லவும். உங்கள் பிள்ளையினது புதிய வகுப்பினை அறிய  uEducateus செயலிக்குச் செல்லவும் (படிமுறைகள்  கீழே உள்ளது )வகுப்பறைகள்  பற்றிய கூடுதல் விவரங்களுக்கு, கீழே உள்ள அட்டவணையைப் பார்க்கவும்.

New Enrolments | புதிய மாணவர் அனுமதிகள் :

Enrolments will be accepted at both campuses (MRPS and PHHS). However, parents are advised to visit the relevant campus until the end of Week 2 to facilitate administrative efficiency.

Parents are kindly advised to bring the child’s birth certificate, Medicare card, or any valid Australian document that shows their details to ensure a smooth enrolment.

MRPS Campus: Play school to Year 4 enrolments accepted.

PHHS Campus: Year 5 to Year 12 enrolments accepted.

இரண்டு வளாகங்களிலும் (MRPS மற்றும் PHHS) மாணவர் பதிவுகள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும். இருப்பினும், நிர்வாக வசதிக்காக, 2-வது வாரத்தின் இறுதி வரை பெற்றோர்கள் அந்தந்த வளாகங்களுக்குச் சென்று மாணவர்  பதிவுகளை  மேற்கொள்ளுமாறு அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.

MRPS Campus: பாலர் வகுப்பு முதல் ஆண்டு 4 வரையான மாணவர் பதிவுகள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.

PHHS Campus: ஆண்டு 5  முதல் ஆண்டு 12 வரையான மாணவர் பதிவுகள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.

மாணவர் பதிவுகள் சுமுகமாக நடைபெறுவதை உறுதி செய்ய, பெற்றோர்கள் குழந்தையின் பிறப்புச் சான்றிதழ் (Birth Certificate), மெடிகேர் கார்டு (Medicare card) அல்லது குழந்தையின் விவரங்களைக் காட்டும் ஏதேனும் செல்லுபடியாகும் ஆஸ்திரேலிய ஆவணங்களை (Valid Australian Document) எடுத்து வருமாறு கனிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.

PHHS Campus access  instructions | பாடசாலை நுழைவாயில்  : 

Students must enter the school premises only through the main gate of Pendle Hill High School, located at 66 Binalong Rd, Toongabbie.

Please note that due to Tamil School classes on Saturdays, the Parramatta Council has strictly prohibited parking on Binalong Road (directly in front of the school) between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

The School Administration requests parents to park their vehicles in accordance with road traffic regulations.

மாணவர்களை 66 Binalong Rd, Toongabbie ல் அமைந்துள்ள பென்டில்கில் உயர்தர பாடசாலையின் பிரதான நுழைவாயிலின் வழியாக மட்டும் பாடசாலை வளாகத்திற்குள்  நுழைய முடியும். 

சனிக்கிழமைகளில் தமிழ்ப் பாடசாலை நடைபெறுவதால் பாடசாலைக்கு முன்பாக உள்ள Binalong Rdல் பிற்பகல் 1 மணி தொடக்கம் 5 மணிவரை வாகனங்கள்  தரிப்பது Parramatta மாநகரசபையால்  முற்றாக தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

வீதி விதிமுறைகளுக்கு அமைய உங்களது வாகனங்களை தரிக்குமாறு பெற்றோரை பாடசாலை நிவாகம் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது.

No Class transfers | Trophies and certificates:

No class transfers until Week 3 to allow for a smooth transition as we settle in with the new enrollments.

Trophies and certificates will not be available for collection until Week 3 due to the workload associated with the school opening.

புதிய மாணவர் அனுமதிகளை  ஒழுங்கமைப்பதற்காக 3 ஆம் வாரம் வரை வகுப்பு மாற்றங்கள் செய்வது நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

புதிய வருட பாடசாலை ஆரம்பம்  தொடர்பான பணிகளில் செயற்குழுவினர் ஈடுபட வேண்டியிருப்பதால்   3 ஆம் வாரம் வரை கடந்த வருட விருதுகள், பதக்கங்கள்  சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கப்படுவது நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

MRPS Campus Car Parking: 

The front car park(via Metella road) is reserved for teachers only, while the rear  parking area (via Cornelia road) is designated for volunteers and subcommittee/committee members only. 

முன்புற   வாகனத்  தரிப்பிட பகுதி  (Metella road) ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மட்டும் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது, பின்பக்க  வாகனத்  தரிப்பிட பகுதி (Cornelia road) தொண்டர்கள்  மற்றும் உப குழு /செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு  மட்டும்  ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Stay Connected with Your Child’s School Information!

WTSC encourages parents to use the uEducateUs mobile app or online portal to stay updated on their child’s profile, class details, semester reports, and attendance. Additionally, school facilities fees can be conveniently paid through the uEducateUs app once you receive an invoice from WTSC.

We kindly ask parents to review and update their child’s details, including Name (in both English & Tamil) and Mainstream School Name & Year Level. This can be done through the uEducateUs online portal.
