பெற்றோர் – பாடசாலை தொடர்பாடல் முறைமை எளிமைப்படுத்தல் 

பெற்றோர்கள் தற்போது (வாரம் 6 இலிருந்து ) uEducateUs செயலி மூலம் ஆசிரியர், அதிபர் மற்றும் நிர்வாகத்தினருடன் தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாம். இது பெற்றோருக்கும் WTSC க்கும் இடையிலான தொடர்பாடலை எளிமைப்படுத்தவும் , எதிர்வினைகளை  உடனடியாகவும் வினைத்திறனாகவும்  பரிமாறிக் கொள்ள உதவியாக இருக்கும். இன்றிலிருந்து வழமையான மின்னஞ்சல் முறைமையினை தவிர்த்து uEducatUs செயலி மூலம் தொடர்பு கொள்ளும் வழக்கத்தினை உருவாக்கி கொள்ளுங்கள். 

முக்கிய குறிப்பு: மாணவர் வரவு (விடுமுறை) தொடர்பான அனைத்து விடயங்களும் uEducateUs செயலியில் உள்ள “Attendance ” பிரிவின் மூலம் கையாளப்பட  வேண்டும். கூடுதலாக, தாமதமாக வரும்  அல்லது முன்கூட்டி வெளியேற விரும்பும்   பெற்றோர்கள் கல்வி நிலையத்தின் அலுவலத்தில்  உள்ள KISOSK வழியாக மாத்திரம் தங்கள் பிள்ளைகளின்  இந்த நடவடிக்கைகளை பதிவு செய்ய  மேற்கொள்ளமுடியும். இவை சம்பந்தமான தற்போதைய நடைமுறையில் எந்தவித மாற்றமும்  இல்லை. 

Simplifying Parent-WTSC communication

Parents can now (from week 6) communicate with teachers, principals and administration through the uEducateUs app. This will simplify communication between parents and WTSC and help them exchange feedback immediately and efficiently. From today, please make it a habit to communicate through the uEducateUs app instead of the traditional email system.

Important Note: All attendance-related matters should be addressed through the “Attendance” section in the App. Additionally, parents notifying late arrivals or early departures are required to visit the School Office Desk to record their child’s late entry via KISOSK at the school. There is no change to this procedure.

Steps: 

1. Goto uEducateUs Application on your phone  ( Its much easier through your App)
2. In the App click on ‘Conversation’ (bottom right) or in Web, Goto Communication and click ‘Conversation’
3. Goto Title and type your headline
4. Goto Participants > Type “Teacher” or “Principal” or “Admin” based on your need
5. Type your message and send it
6. Please note all absent related matters should be submitted through “Attendance”, and for late arrivals parents must go to the School Office Desk and use the KISOSKs available at the campuses.

PHHS வளாக வாகன நெரிசல்

கடந்த சில வாரங்களாக, PHHS வளாகத்தில் பாடசாலை முடியும் நேரத்தில் ஏற்படும் வாகன நெரிசல் காரணமாக  பெற்றோர்கள் விசனமடைவதோடு, WTSC நிர்வாகத்தினர் மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் தொண்டர்களின் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்தும் கவலையடைந்துள்ளோம்.

 WTSC நிர்வாகம் இது சம்பந்தமாக எமது பாதுகாப்பு உபகுழு மற்றும் போக்குவரத்து ஆலோசகர்களின் கருத்துகளை கேட்டு, இந்த வாரத்திலிருந்து சில நடைமுறைகளை அறிமுகப்படுத்த எண்ணியுள்ளோம். இதனை சாத்தியப்படுத்தவதற்கு பெற்றோர்களின் ஒத்துழைப்பு முக்கியமானது.

வாகனங்கள் தரித்தல்: பாடசாலை முடிவடையும் நேரத்தில் தொடர்ச்சியாக இரண்டு நிமிடங்களுக்கு  மேலாக பாடசாலை முன்றலில் வாகனங்களில் தரித்து நிற்பதை தவிர்க்கவும். இவர்களால், அவர்களுக்கு பின்னாலுள்ள பெற்றோர் தங்களது பிள்ளைகளை வாகனங்களில் ஏற்ற முடியாது போகிறது. தயவு செய்து மற்றைய பெற்றோரையும் கருத்தில் கொண்டு , நெடு நேரம் தரித்து நிற்பதையோ, வாகனத்தை முற்றாக நிறுத்தி வைப்பதையோ  தவிர்க்கவும்.

வகுப்பு முடியும் நேரம் மாற்றம்: PHHS வளாக வகுப்புகள் ஐந்து  தொகுதிகளாக பிரிக்கப்பட்டு, ஒவ்வொரு தொகுதியும் 15 நிமிட இடைவெளியில் வகுப்புகள் முடிவடைய ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. உங்கள் வகுப்பு முடியும் நேரத்தை அறிய இந்த வார நேர அட்டவணையை கவனமாக பார்க்கவும். கலைவிழா ஒத்திகைகள் காரணமாக இந்த நேரங்கள் சில வேளைகளில் மாற்றப்படலாம், ஆசிரியர்கள் இது சம்பந்தமாக உங்களுக்கு அறியத்  தருவார்கள்.

அயலிலுள்ள வீதிகள் பாவனை : PHHS வளாகத்திற்கு அருகில் உள்ள Burrabogee Road , Ford Street மற்றும் Binnalong வீதியின் மறுபக்கம் ஆகியவற்றில் வாகனத்தை நிறுத்தி விட்டு பாடசாலை முன்றலுக்கு நடந்து வரலாம், 3-5 நிமிட நடை போதுமானது. அருகிலேயே பாதுகாப்பான வீதிக்கடவைகளும் உண்டு.

வீதி ஒழுங்குகள்: பாடசாலைக்கு முன்புள்ள Binnalong வீதி , சனிக்கிழமைகளிலும் பாடசாலை நாளாக கருதுவதற்கான வீதி ஒழுங்குகளை(Street sign) செய்வதற்கான கோரிக்கை Parramatta Council இடம் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இப்படியான ஒழுங்கு GPS வளாகத்தில் இருந்ததை நீங்கள் அறிந்திருப்பீர்கள்.

PHHS Campus Traffic Jam

For the past few weeks, parents have been frustrated by the traffic jams that occur on the PHHS campus during school hours, and the WTSC administration is also concerned about the safety of students and volunteers.

The WTSC administration has listened to the feedback  of our safety subcommittee and traffic consultants in this regard and has decided to introduce some procedures starting this week. The cooperation of parents is important to make this possible.

Parking in front of School: Please avoid parking in front of the school for more than two  minutes . If you stay longer, that  will prevent parents behind you from picking up their children. Please be considerate of other parents and avoid parking or standing in front of the school for long periods of time.

Class End Time Change: PHHS Campus classes are divided into five  blocks, and each block is scheduled to end 15 minutes apart. Please check this week’s timetable carefully to find out your class end time. These times may sometimes change due to Kalaiviza  rehearsals, and the teachers will inform you accordingly.

Neighbouring Roads: You can park your car on Burrabogee Road, Ford Street and the other side of Binnalong Road near the PHHS campus and walk to the front of the school, a 3-5 minute walk is sufficient. There are also safe crosswalks nearby.

Street Regulations: A request has been made to Parramatta Council to make street signs to consider Binnalong Road in front of the school as a school day on Saturdays. Please note we had a similar arrangement at GPS Campus.
