கலை விழா 2024 – புகைப்பட நாள் – 10.08.2024
- வருடாந்த கலைவிழா மலருக்கான புகைப்படங்கள் 10.08.2024 அன்று MRPS வளாகத்தில், பாடசாலை நேரத்தில் எடுக்கப்படும்.
- ஆண்டு 4, 5, 10, 11 மற்றும் 12 மாணவர்களுக்கான வகுப்புக்கள் MRPS வளாகத்திற்கு மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளன. பெற்றோர்கள் இவர்களை MRPS வளாகத்தில் (GPS வளாகத்தில் அல்ல) வழமையாக வகுப்பு தொடங்கும் நேரத்துக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கவும்.
- மற்றைய அனைத்து வகுப்புக்களும் வழமையான இடத்தில் நடைபெறும்.
- GPS வளாகத்தில் உள்ள மாணவர்கள் MRPS வளாகத்திற்கு வந்து புகைப்படம் எடுத்து செல்வதற்கான போக்குவரத்து ஒழுங்குகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. பெற்றோர்கள், இப் போக்குவரத்து சம்பந்தமாக ஏதாவது ஆட்சேபனை இருப்பின் info@wtsc.org.au இக்கு மின்னஞ்சலூடாக தொடர்பு கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
- பெற்றோர்கள், வழமையாக பாடசாலை ஆரம்பிக்கும் நேரத்தில், பிள்ளைகள் வகுப்பில் சமூகம் அளிப்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்தவும். தாமதமாகவரும் மாணவர்கள் புகைப்படத்தில் இடம்பெறமுடியாமல் போகலாம்.
- மாணவர்கள் தமிழ்க் கலாசார உடையில் வருதல் வேண்டும். மாதிரிப் புகைப்படம் கீழே இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- பெற்றோர்கள் படப்பிடிப்பு இடத்தில் மாணவர்களைப் புகைப்படம் எடுப்பதற்கு அனுமதிக்கப்படமாட்டார்கள்.
- 700 க்கு மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்களதும் 150 தொண்டர்களதும் (ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் நிர்வாகத்தினர்) படங்கள் எடுக்கப்படவுள்ளதால் அனைவரதும் ஒத்துழைப்பு மிகவும் முக்கியமானது.

Kalai Vizha 2024 – Photo Day – 10.08.2024
- Photos for Kalai Vizha magazine will be taken on 10.08.2024 at MRPS campus during the school hours.
- Year 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12 classes have been moved to MRPS campus on this day. Parents to drop these students at the MRPS campus (NOT at GPS campus) at thier usual class starting time.
- All other classes will operate as per usual location and schedule.
- Transportation has been arranged by WTSC for the students at GPS campus to come and take photos at MRPS campus. If any parents have concerns regarding the transportation arrangements, please contact via info@wtsc.org.au.
- Parents are requested to ensure students attend the class at thier usual stating time. Those students come late to the class may miss the photo opportunity.
- Students are kindly requested to wear Tamil cultural attire for the photo shoot. A sample photo is attached with this email.
- Please note that parents are not allowed to take photograph of the students during the photo shoot.
- We need to take photos of more than 700 students and 150 volunteers (teachers and administrators). Your support is vital for the success of the photo shoot.
