மாணவர் வசதிக்கட்டணங்கள் சம்பந்தமான மின்னஞ்சல்கள் அனைவருக்கும் கிடைத்திருக்கும் என நம்புகிறோம். இந்த வருடம் நீங்கள் வீட்டிலிருந்தபடியே உங்களுடைய கடன் அட்டையை பயன்படுத்தி கட்டணங்களை செலுத்தும் வசதி uEducateUs தளத்தினூடாக ஏற்படுபட்டுள்ளது.
பெற்றோர்கள், மாணவர்களுக்கான பாடசாலை வசதிக் கட்டணங்களைச் செலுத்தி, பாடசாலை நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு உதவுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

uEducateUs இனூடாக உங்கள் பிள்ளைகள் பற்றிய பின்வரும் தகவல்களை 12-04-2025 க்கு முன்னதாகச் சரி பார்த்துக் கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம். உங்களுடைய தகவல்களை நீங்களே பதிவு செய்யக்கூடிய வசதி இந்த தளத்தில் உள்ளது.
We request you to verify the following information about your children through uEducateUs Parent Portal before 12-04-2025. This portal allows you to amend this information yourself.

- பிள்ளைகளின் பிரதான பாடசாலை, அங்கு அவர்கள் கல்வி கற்கும் ஆண்டு | Mainstream School-Name and Mainstream School-Year
- பிள்ளைகளின் பிறந்த திகதி | Date of Birth
- பிள்ளைகளின் பெயர் (ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் தமிழில்) | Name in English and Tamil
- மாணவர்களின் பெயர்களை சரியாக ஆங்கிலத்திலும் தமிழிலும், எமது uEducateUs தளத்தில் பேணுவது பெற்றோரின் கடமையாகும். இந்த பெயர் விபரம் பாடசாலை சம்பந்தமான அனைத்து ஆவணங்களிலும் பாவிக்கப்படும்.
- It is the responsibility of parents to maintain correct names of their children in both English and Tamil on our uEducateUs platform. This name information will be used in all school-related documents .

Parents are requested to login using the Web Portal Access (https://wtsc.ueducateus.com.au/) to verify and update the details. Please update these details by 12-04-2025.

WTSC Library | WTSC நூலகம்
WTSC library service is accessible from this week at both campuses. You can borrow books from the book list available at GPS and MRPS campuses. The library website site is under construction. In the meantime we request you to kindly borrow your books directly from the Library. Please return your long due books ASAP before Term 1 ends. Please return your overdue books as soon as possible, before the end of Term 1.

Kiosk (Self Serve) – Early Depature and Late Arrival Notes
Self-service kiosks are available on iPads for managing both Early and Late Notes. Parents can conveniently self-serve these tasks using their unique uEducateUs KIOSK Codes. All parents are expected to utilise these kiosks for submitting Early and Late Notes.
KIOSK Codes can be located by viewing your uEducateUs Parent Profile information.

Please be advised that going forward WTSC will only accept 2025 Teacher Awards for the 2025 Principal Awards presentations.
Teacher Awards from previous years (2024 or prior years) will NO LONGER be accepted.
Students who have submitted their Teacher Awards in this term will be eligible to receive their Principal Awards in Term 2.
இரண்டாம் தவணை முதல் புதிய மாணவர் அனுமதி இடைநிறுத்தம்
வளாகங்களில் இடநெருக்கடி மற்றும் மேலதிக வகுப்பறைகளை பெறுவதில் உள்ள இடர்பாடுகள் காரணமாக தவணை இரண்டு மற்றும் மூன்றில் புதிய மாணவர்களை அனுமதிப்பதை இடைநிறுத்தி வைக்க பாடசாலை நிர்வாகம் முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது. Selective மற்றும் OC பரீட்சைகளுக்கு பின்னர் அனுமதிக்காக வரும் மாணவர்களுக்கு மாத்திரம் விதிவிலக்கு அளிக்கப்படும்.
Admissions ON HOLD from Term 2
Due to the shortage of space on campus and difficulties in obtaining additional classrooms, the school administration has decided to pause enrolemnt of new students in Terms 2 and 3. Only students who come for admission after the Selective and OC examinations will be exempted.
MRPS Campus Closure | MRPS வளாகம்
Please be advised that MRPS Campus will be closed in Week 1 – 03-05-2025, due to the Federal Election. Classes for Play School to Year 3 will resume in Week 2, 10-05-2025.
MRPS வளாகம் வாரம் 1 – மே மாதம் 3ந் திகதி மூடப்பட்டிருக்கும். பாலர் பள்ளி முதல் ஆண்டு 3 வரையான வகுப்புகள் வாரம் 2 – மே 10ந் திகதி ஆரம்பமாகும்.

No Food or Drink in Classroom
We kindly remind everyone about the proper use of school premises. Please do not bring food or drinks inside the classrooms and ensure that used cups, food wrappers, and any other waste are disposed of in the nearest bins provided. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in keeping the school clean and tidy.
