Student Semester 1 reports 2025

Student half-yearly reports will be released on July 5, 2025.
Reports can be viewed via the uEducateUs website or mobile app.
Teacher comments in Tamil will only be accessible through the uEducateUs website, not the mobile app. Therefore, it’s essential for parents and students to log in to the uEducateUs website to view the complete report.
This is not applicable to Year 10-11 HSC classes. There will be specific notifications to the classes.

மாணவர் அரையாண்டு அறிக்கைகள் 05-07-2025 அன்று வெளியிடப்படும்
இந்த அறிக்கைகளை uEducateUs Parent portal அல்லது Mobile App மூலம் பார்வையிடலாம்
தமிழில் வழங்கப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்களின் கருத்துகளை மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் பெற்றோர்கள் uEducateUs இணையதளத்தினூடாக மட்டுமே பார்வையிட முடியும் அவை மொபைல் செயலியில் காண்பிக்கப்பட மாட்டாது , எனவே பெற்றோர் uEducateUs இணையதளத்தில் உள்நுழைந்து அறிக்கையை முழுமையாகப் பார்வையிட முடியும்.
HSC வகுப்புகளுக்குரிய அரையாண்டு அறிக்கைகள் சம்பந்தமான அறிவித்தல் பிரத்தியேகமாக அந்த வகுப்புகளுக்கு வழங்கப்படும்

New admissions and class Transfers

தவணை மூன்று

புதிய மாணவர் அனுமதிகள் மற்றும் வகுப்பு இடமாற்றங்கள்

Class transfers and new admissions will be completely suspended during Term 3.
This measure will be strictly observed, as previously announced, to avoid any difficulties for teachers due to Kalai Vila preparations.
Admissions for HSC classes only will proceed according to the Principal’s instructions.

ஆசிரியர் விருது திட்டம் – தவணையின் சிறந்த ஆசிரியர்

தவணையின் சிறந்த ஆசிரியர்(“WTSC Teacher of the Term”) என்கிற விருது 2025 கல்வி ஆண்டில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆசிரியர்களின் நேரம் தவறாமை, அர்ப்பணிப்பு, கற்பித்தல் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் நிர்வாக பங்களிப்புகளை, தவணை தோறும் அங்கீகரித்து, ஊக்குவிப்பதே இந்த திட்டத்தின் நோக்கமாகும்.

Awards Program – “WTSC Teacher of the Term”

This will be introduced in the 2025 academic year at Wentworthville Tamil Study Centre. This program aims to recognise and encourage teachers’ punctuality, dedication, professional development, and administrative contributions.

கலாநிதி வேந்தனார் இளங்கோ ஞாபகார்த்த தமிழ்ப் புலமைப் பரீட்சை – 2025

திகதி: சனிக்கிழமை, 2ம் ஆகஸ்ட் 2025

இந்த பரீட்சை, மாணவர்களின் தமிழ் மொழிப் புலமை மற்றும் கலாச்சாரப் புரிதலை ஊக்குவிக்கும் முக்கியமான வாய்ப்பாகும். இந்த பரீட்சை ஆண்டு 3 முதல் – ஆண்டு 12 வரையான மாணவர்களுக்கு இடம்பெறும்.

எமது கல்வி நிலையம் உட்பட பல தமிழ்ப் பாடசாலைகள் இதில் பங்கேற்க உள்ளன. எமது கல்வி நிலைய மாணவர்கள் அனைவரும் , இந்த பரீட்சையில் பங்கேற்கும் வாய்ப்பு , நிர்வாகத்தினரால் ஒழுங்கு செய்யப்படும்.

The New South Wales Federation of Tamil Schools (NSWFTS) is pleased to announce that the Dr. Ilango Venthanar Memorial Tamil Language Proficiency Examinations for 2025 will be held on Saturday, 2nd August 2025.This examination will be conducted for students from Year 3 through to Year 12.

Several Tamil schools, including WTSC , are set to participate. WTSC Administration will organise the enrolments for our students to have the opportunity to attempt this examination.

MRPS Parking Rules

We kindly request all parents and carers to park responsibly and adhere to the following guidelines:

The front parking area at the MRPS Campus, accessible via Metella Rd, is reserved exclusively for MRPS teachers.
Parking accessible from Cornelia Rd is designated solely for WTSC volunteers.
These car parks are not to be used by parents, even for drop-off or pick-up.There is a safety risk of students dropping off and pickup in the unsupervised parking areas

Additionally, issues arise when parents park in the volunteers’ car park, blocking WTSC volunteers who need to travel between campuses during the day.

Year 10 and 11 HSC Classes at MRPS

Class movement

Year 10 and Year 11 HSC classes will be held at the MRPS Campus during Weeks 9 and 10 due to a workshop.

WTSC Library | WTSC நூலகம்: WTSC library service is accessible at both campuses. You can borrow books from the books list available at GPS and MRPS campuses.

Late arrival discipline | மாணவர் வருகை நேர ஒழுங்கு

Safety of our children is the responsibility of all. Parents dropping off their children later than school start time are required to register the late arrival of your child using the uEducateUs KIOSK.

Parents are kindly requested to accompany your child into school grounds, and present yourself at the uEducateUs KIOSK Desk to register the Student Drop off.

மாணவர்களின் பாதுகாப்பு எங்கள் அனைவரதும் பொறுப்பாகும், இதன் காரணமாக பாடசாலை ஆரம்பமாகும் நேரத்திற்கு தாமதமாக வரும் மாணவர்களுக்கான அனுமதிக்குறிப்புகள் (Late Arrival Notes) பாடசாலை அலுவலத்தில் பெற்றோரினால், uEducateUs KIOSK மூலம் பதியப்பட வேண்டி இருப்பதனால், தாமதமாக பாடசாலைக்கு உள் நுழையும் மாணவர்களுடன் பெற்றோரும் பாடசாலை வளாகத்திற்கு உள்ளே வருகை தர வேண்டுமென்பதை பணிவாக அறியத்தருகின்றோம்.

முன்கூட்டி வெளியேறுவதற்கான (Early notes) அனுமதி சம்பந்தமான மேலதிக விபரங்கள், Kiosk (Self Serve) – Early and Late Notes எனும் பகுதியில் கீழே தரப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Kiosk (Self Serve) – Early Depature and Late Arrival Notes

Self-service kiosks are available on iPads for managing both Early and Late Notes. Parents can conveniently self-serve these tasks using their unique uEducateUs KIOSK Codes. All parents are expected to utilise these kiosks for submitting Early and Late Notes.

KIOSK Codes can be located by viewing your uEducateUs Parent Profile information.

Early notes can only be obtained after student attendance has been marked. Please allow 30 minutes after the start of the class / school.

பெற்றோர் தங்கள் பிள்ளைகள் பாடசாலையிலிருந்து முன்கூட்டி வெளியேறுவதற்கான அல்லது தாமதமாக வருகை தந்தமைக்கான அனுமதிக் குறிப்புகளை KIOSK iPad மூலமாக தாமாகவே பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். இதற்கு தேவையான உங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட KIOSK இலக்கத்தை இலக்கத்தை தங்கள் uEducateUs App ஐ பயன்படுத்தி, பெற்றோர் விபரத்தை (Profile) பார்வையிடுவதன் மூலம் அறிந்துகொள்ளலாம்.

வகுப்பு தொடங்கிய 30 நிமிடங்களுக்கு பிறகு தான் முன்கூட்டி செல்லும் அனுமதிக் குறிப்புகளை பெற முடியும். முதல் முப்பது நிமிடங்களுக்குள் வருகைப் பதிவினை மேற்கொள்ள ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மாணவர் வசதிக் கட்டணங்கள் சம்பந்தமான மின்னஞ்சல்கள் அனைவருக்கும் கிடைத்திருக்கும் என நம்புகிறோம். இந்த வருடம் நீங்கள் வீட்டிலிருந்தபடியே உங்களுடைய கடன் அட்டையை பயன்படுத்தி கட்டணங்களை செலுத்தும் வசதி uEducateUs தளத்தினூடாக ஏற்படுபட்டுள்ளது. பெற்றோர்கள், மாணவர்களுக்கான பாடசாலை வசதிக் கட்டணங்களைச் செலுத்தி, பாடசாலை நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு உதவுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.

Student Facility Fees: We hope everyone has received emails regarding their student facility fees. This year, you can pay your fees using your credit card from the comfort of your home through the uEducateUs platform.We request parents to help support school activities by paying the school facility fees for their students.
