Due to construction disruptions, the GPS campus will be closed on Saturday, the 15th. The MRPS campus will be open and operating as usual. To ensure the school runs effectively, the WTSC administration has arranged some alternative modes for GPS campus students. Some classes have been assigned to Google Classroom (online). Please read this carefully and act accordingly.
Google Classroom
Parents must have gotten emails with information on how to restore their WTSC email accounts for students whose classes are held online on this Saturday using Google Classroom. There are no distinct login credentials for Google Classroom. If you have access to WTSC emails, you can access Google Classroom. Please click here for detailed instructions on how to access Google Classroom. For any matters related to Google email, Google Classroom, or uEducate, you can contact the helpdesk at helpline@wtsc.org.au . Volunteers are available to support parents and students.

MRPS வளாகம் வழக்கம்போல திறந்து செயற்படும். பாடசாலை சிறப்பாக செயல்பட WTSC நிர்வாகம் GPS வளாக மாணவர்களுக்கு மாற்று ஏற்பாடுகளை செய்துள்ளது. சில வகுப்புகள் Google Classroom (Online) மூலம் இடம்பெறவுள்ளது.தயவுசெய்து இந்த ஏற்பாடுகளை கவனித்து அதன்படி செயல்படவும்.
கூகுள் வகுப்பறை
இந்த சனிக்கிழமை Google Classroom க்கு செல்லும் மாணவர்களின் பெற்றோருக்கு, WTSC மின்னஞ்சல் கணக்குகளை மீட்டெடுக்கும் வழிமுறைகளுடன் மின்னஞ்சல்கள் ஏற்கனவே அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளன. தயவுசெய்து உங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல்களை உடனடியாக சரிபார்த்து, கடைசி நேர சிக்கல்களைத் தவிர்க்கவும்.பிள்ளைகளுக்கு WTSC மின்னஞ்சல் inbox இல் வரும் மின்னஞ்சல்களை பார்க்க முடியுமாகில், அவர்கள் கூகிள் வகுப்பறையினையும் எவ்வித தடங்கலுமின்றி அணுக (access) முடியும். கூகிள் வகுப்பறைக்கு தனித்துவமான உள்நுழைவு சான்றுகள் (username & password) எதுவும் இல்லை. கூகிள் வகுப்பறையை எவ்வாறு அணுகுவது என்பது குறித்த விரிவான வழிமுறைகளுக்கு இங்கே அழுத்தவும்.

Class transfers on HOLD
Class changes are on hold until week 3 to organise new student admissions and automated class transfers. Class changes can be made from week 3 as per the school guidelines.
புதிய மாணவர் அனுமதிகளை ஒழுங்கமைப்பதற்காகவும், வகுப்பு மாற்றங்கள் முறைப்படி இடம்பெறுவதற்காகவும் 3 ஆம் வாரம் வரை வகுப்பு மாற்றங்கள் செய்வது இடைநிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. வகுப்பு மாற்றங்களை 3 ஆம் வாரத்திலிருந்து பாடசாலை ஒழுங்கு விதிகளுக்கமைவாக மேற்கொள்ளலாம்.

New Enrolments | புதிய மாணவர் அனுமதிகள் :
From Week 3 onward, enrollments will be accepted at both campuses.
Enrolment for all grades, from Play School through Year 10, will be accepted exclusively at MRPS until the end of Week 2 to facilitate administrative efficiency.
பாலர் பள்ளி முதல் 10ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை அனைத்து தரங்களுக்குமான பதிவுகள், நிர்வாக வசதிகளுக்காக MRPS வளாகத்தில் மாத்திரம் வாரம் இரண்டு வரை ஏற்கப்படும். 3ஆம் வாரத்திற்குப் பிறகு, இரு வளாகங்களிலும் பதிவுகள் ஏற்கப்படும்.
Printer Room Assistant | அச்சியந்திர உதவியாளர்(தொண்டர்) :
We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to manage all printing activities during school hours at MRPS. For further details, please talk to the President or Principal.

Text Books shortage | பாடப் புத்தகங்கள் பற்றாக்குறை
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing textbooks for few classes during Week 1. Unfortunately, this was due to a delay in delivery from our vendor, the NSW Federation of Tamil Schools (NSWFTS).
Please rest assured that WTSC submitted the book order on time. However, NSWFTS is experiencing printer issues, leading to this unforeseen situation.
MRPS Campus Car Parking:
The front car park(via Metella road) is reserved for teachers only, while the rear parking area (via Cornelia road) is designated for volunteers and subcommittee/committee members only.

Trophies and certificates:
Trophies and certificates will be available for collection from Week 3 at MRPS Campus.
கடந்த வருட விருதுகள், பதக்கங்கள் சான்றிதழ்களை பெறத் தவறியோருக்கு, 3 ஆம் வாரத்திலிருந்து இவை MRPS வளாகத்தில் மீள வழங்கப்படும்.
Stay Connected with Your Child’s School Information!
WTSC encourages parents to use the uEducateUs mobile app or online portal to stay updated on their child’s profile, class details, semester reports, and attendance. Additionally, school facilities fees can be conveniently paid through the uEducateUs app once you receive an invoice from WTSC.
We kindly ask parents to review and update their child’s details, including Name (in both English & Tamil) and Mainstream School Name & Year Level. This can be done through the uEducateUs online portal.
