Annual Awards 2024 | வருடாந்த விருதுகள் 2024

WTSC admin has realised that several students did not collect their awards during the 2024 prize-giving ceremony. To ensure all awards are distributed appropriately, the following steps and timeliness have been established:

1. Students who missed the ceremony will receive their awards in the classroom on the following dates:
   • Week 4: 1st March  
   • Week 5: 8th March
2. If awards remain uncollected, parents may visit WTSC campuses during Week 6 and Week 7 on the following dates:
   • Week 6: 15th March  
   • Week 7: 22nd March

Please note that all award collections must be finalised by the end of March. There will be no awards delivery after this period. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring all students receive their well-deserved recognition.

Principal Award | அதிபர் விருது

• WTSC is currently in the process of collecting Teachers Awards for 2025 to be used in presenting the Principal Award at upcoming student assemblies.

• 2024 Teachers Awards: please be advised that the final date to submit the last year teachers awards for claiming the Principal Award is Week 8 – 29th March

Parent Teacher Interview | பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் சந்திப்பு 

Parent-teacher meetings have been scheduled for this week (01-03-2025). Booking notifications was sent to lower school (Kinder to Year 3) and all special classes (Preparatory, Bridging, Navalar and Vipulananthar) via uEducateUs. Please watch and book as soon as possible to secure your 5-minute time slot. Note that bookings can be made only through uEducateUs mobile app or parent portal, therefore please ensure you have uEducateUs app installed and logged in.

No Food or Drink in Classroom

We kindly remind everyone about the proper use of school premises. Please do not bring food or drinks inside the classrooms and ensure that used cups, food wrappers, and any other waste are disposed of in the nearest bins provided. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in keeping the school clean and tidy.

தயவுசெய்து வகுப்பறைகளுக்குள் உணவு அல்லது பானங்களை எடுத்து செல்ல  வேண்டாம். பயன்படுத்திய  பானக் குவளைகள் உணவு உறைகள்  மற்றும் பிற குப்பைகளை அருகிலுள்ள குப்பைத் தொட்டிகளில் போடுவதை உறுதி செய்யுங்கள்.

Stay Connected with Your Child’s School Information!

WTSC encourages parents to use the uEducateUs mobile app or online portal to stay updated on their child’s profile, class details, semester reports, Parent-teacher interview and attendance. Additionally, school facility fees can be conveniently paid through the uEducateUs app once you receive an invoice from WTSC.

We kindly ask parents to review and update their child’s details, including Name (both in English & Tamil) and Mainstream School Name & Year Level. This can be updated through the uEducateUs online portal.
