Student assemblies this week | இந்த வார மாணவர் ஒன்றுகூடல்

மாணவர் வசதிக் கட்டணங்கள் சம்பந்தமான மின்னஞ்சல்கள் அனைவருக்கும் கிடைத்திருக்கும் என நம்புகிறோம். இந்த வருடம் நீங்கள் வீட்டிலிருந்தபடியே உங்களுடைய கடன் அட்டையை பயன்படுத்தி கட்டணங்களை செலுத்தும் வசதி uEducateUs தளத்தினூடாக ஏற்படுபட்டுள்ளது. பெற்றோர்கள்,  மாணவர்களுக்கான பாடசாலை வசதிக் கட்டணங்களைச் செலுத்தி, பாடசாலை நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு உதவுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம். 

Student Facility Fees:  We hope everyone has received emails regarding their student facility fees. This year, you can pay your fees using your credit card from the comfort of your home through the uEducateUs platform.We request parents to help support school activities by paying the school facility fees for their students.

Kiosk (Self Serve) – Early Depature and Late Arrival Notes

Self-service kiosks are available on iPads for managing both Early and Late Notes. Parents can conveniently self-serve these tasks using their unique uEducateUs KIOSK Codes. All parents are expected  to utilise these kiosks for submitting Early and Late Notes.

KIOSK Codes can be located by viewing your uEducateUs Parent Profile information.

Early notes can only be obtained after student attendance has been marked. Please allow 30 minutes after the start of the class / school.

பெற்றோர்  தங்கள் பிள்ளைகள் பாடசாலையிலிருந்து முன்கூட்டி வெளியேறுவதற்கான அல்லது தாமதமாக  வருகை தந்தமைக்கான  அனுமதிக் குறிப்புகளை KIOSK iPad மூலமாக தாமாகவே பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். இதற்கு தேவையான உங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட KIOSK இலக்கத்தை இலக்கத்தை தங்கள் uEducateUs App ஐ பயன்படுத்தி, பெற்றோர் விபரத்தை (Profile) பார்வையிடுவதன் மூலம் அறிந்துகொள்ளலாம்.

வகுப்பு தொடங்கிய 30 நிமிடங்களுக்கு பிறகு தான் முன்கூட்டி செல்லும்  அனுமதிக் குறிப்புகளை பெற முடியும்.   முதல் முப்பது நிமிடங்களுக்குள் வருகைப் பதிவினை மேற்கொள்ள ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இரண்டாம் தவணை முதல் புதிய மாணவர் அனுமதி இடைநிறுத்தம்

வளாகங்களில்  இடநெருக்கடி  மற்றும் மேலதிக வகுப்பறைகளை பெறுவதில் உள்ள இடர்பாடுகள் காரணமாக மறு அறிவித்தல் வரை  புதிய மாணவர்களை அனுமதிப்பதை இடைநிறுத்தி வைக்க பாடசாலை நிர்வாகம் முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது.

விதிவிலக்குகள்: Selective மற்றும் OC பரீட்சைகளுக்கு பின்னர் அனுமதிக்காக வரும், பிரதான பாடசாலைகளில் ஆண்டு 6 மற்றும் ஆண்டு 4 இல் பயிலும்  மாணவர்களுக்கும், HSC பரீட்சையில் தமிழை ஒரு பாடமாக தோற்றும் நோக்கில் ஆண்டு 10 இல் அனுமதி கோரும் மாணவர்களுக்கும் மாத்திரம் விதிவிலக்கு அளிக்கப்படும்.

Admissions ON HOLD from Term 2 

Due to limited space on campuses and challenges in acquiring additional classrooms, the school administration has decided to suspend new student admissions for the second and third terms.

Exemptions: This suspension does not apply to students in Year 6 and Year 4 at mainstream schools who have taken the Selective and Opportunity Class (OC) examinations, or those who wish to study Tamil as a subject in the HSC and are requesting to enrol in Year 10.

Volunteers Required !!! தொண்டர்கள் தேவை  !!!! 

The WTSC Team is looking for dedicated volunteers to manage Saturday operations. As our school and classes continue to grow, and with stricter public school requirements in place, keeping everything in order is becoming more challenging each week.

No Food or Drink in Classroom

We kindly remind everyone about the proper use of school premises. Please do not bring food or drinks inside the classrooms and ensure that used cups, food wrappers, and any other waste are disposed of in the nearest bins provided. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in keeping the school clean and tidy.

தயவுசெய்து வகுப்பறைகளுக்குள் உணவு அல்லது பானங்களை எடுத்து செல்ல  வேண்டாம். பயன்படுத்திய  பானக் குவளைகள் உணவு உறைகள்  மற்றும் பிற குப்பைகளை அருகிலுள்ள குப்பைத் தொட்டிகளில் போடுவதை உறுதி செய்யுங்கள்.
